Octavian Pantis

 

Octavian Pantis is a successful entrepreneur, speaker and best-selling author.

In 1999 he set up the Romanian office of TMI (www.tmiworld.com), an international training consultancy established in 1975 in Denmark, with offices in 45 countries worldwide. TMI Romania was twice awarded the “Training Company of the Year” title, for 2007 at the Inaugural Gala, and again for the year 2010.

In 2004 he co-founded Qualians (www.qualians.com), today one of the main learning & development companies in the region, representing world-class know-how partners.

He hosted two of the largest business conferences in Romania, with Philip Kotler (www.kotler.ro) and with Jack Welch (www.welch.ro). He was on stage with both of them, in front of an audience of over 1000 people at each conference.

Octavian Pantis is a trained manager, holding a bachelor degree in International Business Relations and having attended a number of post-graduate studies on Marketing. He also holds a certification from TMI to run international consulting and training projects. Before joining TMI, he gained significant experience in FMCG and Advertising.

A growing number of Octavian’s keynote sessions are for international management teams, in Romania and abroad. He also works as a coach for a selected group of leaders.

He was named “Trainer of the Year” for 2010 and “Best Speaker” at the 2007 Training Conference.

Octavian published three audiobooks, on Time Management, Practical Leadership and Change Management, all of them becoming bestsellers and practically pioneering a new category of audiobooks on the Romanian market, the category of Self Help.

His book Musai List – on work life balance – published in november 2012 at Editura Publica, is a bestseller and enjoys great feedback from the readers.

Octavian Pantis is a member of the Professional Speakers Association for Europe. He is a  Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) by Success Insights Internationa

His time outside work is dedicated to family.
