Expert in Human Resources and Change Management, with extensive international experience, Andreea held various local, regional or global positions. Andreea has developed throughout her entire career several organizational transformation projects, spearhead programs that engage talents to drive shareholder value, develop the next generations of leaders, generate excitement while learning and drive organizational change. Enthusiastic and confident, she counts on the role of continuous learning programs in the development of future generations of leaders.

After 14 years of successful Avon career, Andreea joined Qualians in 2014 as a solution architect, generating integrated learning and development programs that aim at organizational change by changing thinking and behavior paradigms, generating success by creating strong leaders at all levels of the organization.

Andreea is also certified Prosci – Change Management Certified, White Plains, USA -2012 and CIPD – Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development – Chartered Member CIPD, London, UK – 2007. She also holds a Master degree in Human Resources and graduated in Psychology in 2002.
